Orders

When will my order ship?
All Products are In-Stock ready to ship.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Please check the products shipping timeframe on product page and at checkout. Presale Products will take longer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need help, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to fix your issue.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us and we’ll resend it.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Domestic: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
(Delays may occur depending on customs or carrier conditions.)

Will I be charged duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
 All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing. Reach out within 7 days from receiving the order with any issues 

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right. Please reach out to blankmemoirstudios@gmail.com.

Sizing

How do your pieces fit?
Fit varies by design. Some items are intentionally oversized or tailored. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

I’m between sizes—what should I do?
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up. For a closer fit, size down. When in doubt, check measurements.

Product

Where are your garments made?
We work with a mix of domestic and international manufacturers depending on the piece. We prioritize quality, fit, and construction above all.

How should I care for my garments?
Follow the care instructions on the label. Most pieces should be washed cold and air dried to maintain shape and longevity.

Drops

When do you release new collections?
We operate on a drop model. Releases are announced through our Instagram and email/sms list.

Do you restock items?
Most pieces are limited and will not be restocked. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.
